LUIS ALMEIDA – PLANT DIRECTOR ASSISTANT

Luis may well have only been with us in Conti for a year and a half but he brought considerable experience with him having worked in a range of challenging roles in other national foundries.

We know that it’s important to continually evolve, adapt and improve the way we work and in a short space of time Luis has been able to apply that experience to make noticeable improvements to our processes, facilities and training.

His work ethic is based upon one simple concept – Respect. Respect for his colleagues, managers and the company. That way of thinking has lead Luis to create tools benefitting his colleagues’ work performance and knowledge as well as to implementing methods of increasing our production efficiency.

Luis enjoys travelling, discovering new places and is a keen stamp collector. And he’s definitely leaving his stamp on Contibronzes!
