ANDRÉ FERREIRA  – MACHINE OPERATOR

He starts the day by rigorously cleaning his work station, a task that has already earned him the admiration of his colleagues.

One of the aspects of working at Contibronzes that really stands out for André is the changes in working methods. However, he cites safety at the workplace as having been the biggest and best evolution that he has seen since he arrived at the foundry. Arriving at Contibronzes at an early age, André closely followed the company’s growth as well as his, both professionally and personally.

He really enjoys the role he performs here and is passionate about playing football, about Benfica, and for the best that life has given him – his daughter!!! He says that Contibronzes has helped him to be a better human being.
